MRA - mutation resistance analyzer
This service is new! Although we simulated several test data, we cannot guarantee for perfect performance at the moment.

A pubmed search is performed weekly, searching for keywords. Found publications are checked for new mutations and corresponding phenotypes. The data are then cross-checked with entries in the database.
Data providing new information (new mutations, better characterisation of present entries, e.g. by marker transfer…) is added to the database.
